Behind EQuanimity

EQuanimity can be translated to “with even mind”.

This is related to the service that we provide and the long term goals we want to achieve.

The approach of our service has been mainly influenced by the recent changes that occurred in 2020. The economic crisis and coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has had a major impact on the society.

The world has changed and we know that it might not be the same as before. The fact that we are living in a global pandemic showed us obstacles which make it difficult for us to realise our intentional goals or even adapt freely to the changing environment. We need support and guidance in further decisions that will affect our future life.

As EQuanimity, we want to be there for you, providing the right and approachable service to give you the rest from this whole bullshit.

To achieve a healthy lifestyle, we aim to create and implement healthy habits. To cope with unpleasant emotions, a balanced mind is required and for that we need better stress-management.

We provide the right service, tools and insights in order to increase emotional intelligence as well as EQuanimity. We want to help you to discover your life path and guide you in order to develop your full potential. We want to help you to stay healthy in difficult times and improve your Emotional Intelligence skills. Teach you in a way that you will be able to pay it forward.

Because, we believe in a more integrated world where everyone knows how to deal with everyday challenges in the best optimal and non-stressful way. In order to have more peace of mind and more peace in this world.

Our training and coaching are a mix of scientific proven methods like MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Yoga, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and specific soft skills. These training sessions start with self-awareness and build up to relationship management. However some parts of the training may also be followed separately.

As a team of young and experienced teachers, we will provide you a dynamic and inclusive way of teaching.  Forget about the regular and boring way of learning - we will make it fun and cozy.
